Terrakotta oil lamp
With red slip, a round nozzle and ring handle, the central discus with a border of concentric rings, moulded with a lovemaking scene, to the right a woman lies with her upper body on a klinè, supporting her weight with her left arm, both her legs resting on the shoulders of her lover who is standing in front of her, her left arm and hand reaching up to his shoulder (Athenian lamp, 2nd half of the 3rd century (cf. Bailey Q 3272, a copy made in Tarsus and inspired from Athenian productions)
